My name is LaBre and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I have a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Keiser University. Before that, I served in the United States Air Force for 15 years as a Medical Technician. My professional and personal journey has given me unique clinical knowledge in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and severe mental illnesses such as borderline personality disorder, bipolar, and schizophrenia. In my therapeutic practice, I prioritize evidence-based methods to empower you on your path to personal growth and a happier, more fulfilling life.
