Extremely frustrating experience. I received an email only 26 minutes before my scheduled appointment saying it wasn’t confirmed and the time was not available. This came after receiving multiple confirmation emails and text messages stating the appointment was confirmed, my insurance was verified, the provider was in-network, paperwork was completed, and my credit card was already on file. After all of those assurances, being told at the very last minute that the appointment wasn’t happening was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
