When your storm feels like it is just too hard, you don't have to do it on your own. I'd love to guide you on the path with finding the light in even your darkest storm and look forward to cheering you on when you find the rainbows! I utilize a holistic approach in addition to evidenced-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and brief solution focused therapy to help you on your journey. Finding your peace, demanding your peace, and maintaining your peace are all important qualities to help maintain your mental health. I can help you find that peace by assisting with addressing anxiety, forgiveness, depression, anger management, relationship issues, and so much more. I received my bachelors in psychology from Norfolk State University and obtained my masters in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University. I have worked in community-based settings providing therapeutic mentoring, intensive in-home counseling, crisis counseling, parent support services, and multi-systemic therapy. I have also worked with individuals with co-occurring disorders, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders under specialty dockets here in the state of Virginia. Thank you for trusting me with your story and thank you for allowing me to guide you on this journey.
