Laura uses an integrative approach to counseling, and draws from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative therapies, as well as dialectical behavior and mindfulness techniques. She strives to foster a warm, caring, and empathic therapeutic environment that is client-focused and strengths-based.
