Getting to know Laura Bullock
Laura is a licensed clinician with over 15 years of experience working with children and families. She earned both her Bachelor's degree and Master's in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Laura began her PCIT training in 2019 with Erika Wray, Dr. Robin Gurwitch, and Darden White, PCIT Regional and Global Trainers with The Center for Child & Family Health. She completed her PCIT training in 2020 and is a PCIT certified therapist through PCIT International.
In 2021, Laura was trained by Dr. Robin Gurwitch, PCIT Global Trainer, to facilitate the Child-Adult Relationship Enhancement (CARE) training model. Since then, she has trained over 100 parents and child-serving professionals in the CARE model.
Laura has graduated more than 30 families with PCIT and has specialized experience providing PCIT to children facing challenges such as child trauma and stress, Autism Spectrum Disorder and sensory processing difficulties, anxiety, and ADHD.
