Getting to know Laura Gilley

As an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapist, I help people recover from trauma, depression, anxiety, social phobias, low self-esteem, disruptive symptoms, and a multitude of other issues. Our work focuses on your needs and goals. If EMDR is not the right approach for you, I also use more traditional models such as CBT and DBT. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. I have always demonstrated a commitment to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and addressing a broad range of social and emotional issues. I have worked with clients of all ages, from adolescents to adults and seniors, and have helped them overcome a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
