My work is rooted in attachment theory and a deep respect for how previous relationships shape the way we move through the world — how we relate to others, how we handle our feelings, and how we respond to vulnerability. I help clients build awareness of their emotional patterns so they can create more choice, connection, and agency in their lives. In our work together, we’ll explore both your inner world (how you feel, how you react to those feelings, and how your story lives in your body) and your relational world (what happens when you move toward or away from closeness). You don’t have to judge or fix what you find — just learn to be in relationship with it. Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in curiosity. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.
