I'm older, I'm used to going and seeing someone, times have changed, but, they were more than helpful to someone in really bad shape, thank you. It was the most needed hour I've had in years and we're not done, I'm very very thankful for her and the assistance through zodoc, I just hope it stays like this, I know it can be very discouraging to older generations that aren't quite used to this teleheath consultations. But if you have a screen, audio, it's really not to much different, I'm very happy with who I ended up with. She cares and seems to understand much more than I thought. Very pleased ”
