I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working with children, teens, and young adults for more than 20 years in a variety of multicultural settings such as public schools, agencies, summer camps, homes, and residential treatment facilities. I believe in working collaboratively with family members, caregivers, and other community members to help provide a greater network of support for my clients. I provide creative, strength-based problem solving for issues related to anxiety, depression, divorce, ADHD, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and loss. My clients describe my style as warm, compassionate, engaged, and accepting which will allow you to feel safe when exploring life’s challenges and working toward your personal goals. It is my hope that in my care you will learn positive coping skills and experience improved self-esteem, resilience, and an overall sense of inner peace and well-being.
