Hello-I have 25yrs of experience counseling clients experiencing: loneliness, relationship struggles or breakups, difficulties with dating, college struggles, co-worker or “bad boss” challenges, conflicts related to finances/spending/other addictive behaviors, ADHD, Trauma and life transitions/divorce, feelings of being overwhelmed, low self esteem/lack of confidence, difficulties with aging/dealing with health issues, etc. Additionally, I consider myself an expert working with adult children with aging parents, caregiver fatigue, guilt or grief/loss experiences, and support while making difficult decisions for parents or spouses.
