I have a diverse clinical background and have loved supporting individuals, couples and families address emotional challenges and barriers. I use a strength-based approach and a variety of modalities such as DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Trauma-Focused Therapies, Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques. i also enjoy using Brief Solution-Focused Therapy for individuals that prefer a more targeted approach for problem-solving. My experience and expertise includes a focus on these populations and areas: college students, couples, families that have adopted or foster, LGBTQIA+, women's issues and retirees. I have skills and experience in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, issues related to individuals that identify as autistic or neurodivergent. I have a sincere passion for helping individuals or family systems find ways to shift and experience a more rewarding life in general.
