Getting to know Laurel Sole

Hello, I'm Laurel. My journey into the world of therapy began in 2002 with dreams of International Social Work. Life, however, had other plans for me. Through an unintended pregnancy, single parenting, child custody battles, a second marriage, more children, and the tragic death of my brother, I found myself on a very different path. This path led me to a profound and ongoing process of self-discovery, understanding the patterns and belief systems that kept me cycling through trauma. I was determined to make peace with life's unexpected changes and live a life of deep peace, knowing, and trust in myself despite the tragedies I faced. My personal growth journey has shaped the work I do with my clients today. I offer what I call Sacred Conversation—a space where we intentionally come together to openly discuss where we are struggling. It's about being witnessed, held, honored, listened to, and loved. In my practice, I weave together coaching and psychotherapy, dedicated to helping others find peace amidst the chaos and rebuild their lives one intentional step at a time. I believe that understanding our unconscious drivers is key to making meaningful changes in our lives. We are all connected to something greater than ourselves, and remembering this can bring comfort and soothe what ails us most. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical and hold certifications as a Parent Coach, Health Coach, PACT Couples Therapist, Level II EMDR Therapist, and Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner. Currently, I am training in Human Design. My interests include studying esoterica, spiritual science, astrology, and tarot. I also spend a great deal of time in meditation and yoga practice.
