Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or navigating a life transition, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can pause, take a breath, and reflect on everything you're experiencing. In therapy with me, you're seen, heard, and able to be fully yourself. Together, we'll explore the roots of old patterns while building on your existing strengths, helping you feel more empowered, self-aware, and capable of creating meaningful change. As a psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University, I am licensed in New York and New Jersey and specialize in working with adults and teenagers experiencing challenges such as anxiety, relationship struggles, depression, complex family dynamics, grief, and trauma. I tailor my approach to each client while drawing on a variety of evidence-based modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness practices.
