I have experience counseling children, adolescents, and college students. I specialize in insight-based therapies, using metaphors and Jungian concepts to deepen understanding and promote change. My goal is to support clients in achieving desired changes through a deeper understanding of their cognitions, beliefs, and early life experiences. As a former spoken word poet, I believe in the power of therapeutic insights to improve relationships, deepen self- understanding, and enhance coping skills.
