Getting to know Lauren Levanovich

Lauren Levanovich is the owner of Sun Solace Therapy, LLC. As a licensed social worker, I value a person-centered and trauma informed approach to the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD and PTSD. Using an attachment based framework and somatic therapy I do my best to create a safe space for people to connect with their emotions, intuitions, and bodies. I also engage emotionally focused therapy and parts work to help patients grow self awareness, self compassion, and self esteem. My training in EMDR, CBT, and DBT modalities has also allowed me to be an effective and flexible clinician. I am bilingual in Spanish and am dedicated to being culturally responsive.
