As a Licensed Social Worker, I support adults managing depression, anxiety, relationship stress, and the complexities of change. I specialize in working with women, birthing people, and LGBTQIA+ families, offering trauma-informed, affirming care around the transformative experiences of pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our work, you can expect to be met with compassion, curiosity and humor, as we explore patterns or narratives that may no longer serve you. My approach is collaborative and rooted in a relational, person-centered model. I draw from psychodynamic and narrative based therapy, somatic practices and mindfulness to support deep and sustainable healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Outside of therapy, I'm also a restorative justice practitioner, committed to creating spaces rooted in authenticity, accountability, and collective care. I believe therapy should be a place where you can feel safe to bring your whole self to be truly seen, heard, and empowered. I look forward to walking with you on your journey of healing and growth.
