Getting to know Lauren Menache

I’m a LMSW who is passionate about helping individuals recognize their capacity for growth and navigate challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. My path into the mental health field began through personal experience supporting a close family member with autism, which deepened my appreciation for neurodiversity and individualized care. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent identities. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated for change and interested in developing insight, effective coping strategies, and practical tools to build a more manageable and fulfilling life. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, sewing, and reading psychotherapy literature, including Love’s Executioner by Irvin Yalom.
