You may look like you’re holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. Maybe your mind is constantly racing, you’re overthinking everything, or you’re exhausted from trying to keep up with the demands of work, relationships, and family. Or perhaps you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum life, or a major transition and finding yourself struggling in ways you didn’t expect. I’m a warm, collaborative therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported—not judged. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, work stress, life transitions, and the unique emotional challenges that can come with pregnancy and parenthood. As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist, I have a particular interest in supporting clients through the transition into and through parenthood. My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to you. We’ll work together to better understand what’s happening, build tools that actually fit into your life, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. You just have to be willing to start.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy works best when we work together as a team. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, with a focus on helping you understand what’s going on while also giving you tools you can actually use in your everyday life. I won’t simply sit back and listen—I’ll ask questions, offer perspective, and help you identify realistic steps toward the changes you want to make. I work best with clients who are motivated to actively participate in their own growth. You don’t need to have everything figured out, and change doesn’t happen overnight, but being willing to be honest, try new things, and engage in the process makes a big difference. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported without judgment while also helping you make meaningful, intentional progress. And yes, I believe therapy can be both meaningful and enjoyable—I’m not afraid to use a little humor along the way.
