With over 7 years of experience, I specialize in working with adolescents/emerging adults and female clients navigating life transitions, interpersonal relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression in hopes of increasing capacity to cope with life's demands. I draw on various evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Parts work, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to guide clients through a journey of self-discovery and personal transformation. Whether you're struggling with self-doubt, trauma, decision making, or feeling stuck, everyone has a unique story to share which requires a personalized approach to care. After meeting for an introductory session, we will work together to create a tailored strategy to help you embrace meaningful change. My warm and inviting therapeutic approach encourages authenticity and self-compassion to break free from limiting beliefs and patterns of behavior, and recognize their worth through self-validation, building confidence, and regaining control of their lives. I obtained a Master's in Counseling from CU Denver in 2017 and licensure in 2023, and have experience working with diverse individuals, families, and needs in school, residential, and community mental health settings.
