With over two decades of experience, I specialize in working with emerging/young adults and adults diagnosed with mental illness including ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PSTD, & psychotic disorders including Schizophrenia & Schizoaffective Disorder. Other areas of speciality include grief and loss, major life transitions, & First Episode Psychosis (FEP). My therapeutic approach is integrative and eclectic, drawing on Eastern and Western philosophies of healing. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and providing individualized support. If you feel I am a good fit for you, it would be an honor to join you on your healing journey.
