I obtained my bachelor's in psychology from Central Washington University and have my master's in social work from Fordham University. My passion is to help people! I, myself, suffered from generalized anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and acute obsessive-compulsion disorder. These titles are not a deficit to me, I wear them proudly on my sleeve. I have also helped those with borderline personality disorder, autism spectrum disorder, schizophrenia and more. These 'disorders' give us an answer to our uniqueness, not our shortcomings. Through person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation, my goal is to help you be the best version of yourself. Therapy services have definitely helped me to flourish into the person I am today. I whole-heartedly believe that all it takes is the right person to talk to.
