My approach is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that we work together to meet your personal expectations and goals. The majority of my experience has been with college-age individuals, but I have worked with teens to older adults and everyone in between. My clients come from a variety of identities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, socio-economic statuses, cultural and spiritual backgrounds, and careers. This diverse experience allows me to connect with and support a wide range of individuals. Many of us live with an inner critic that can wear us down and immobilize progress.
