My name is Lauren Ungar. I did social work for many years before returning to school to do a doctorate in clinical psychology. I have worked as a psychotherapist for more than 20 years. I focus on helping people to overcome depression and anxiety and also do a lot of work helping people to improve all kinds of relationships. Including setting boundaries. If I work with you; I may suggest that we discuss your values and set goals for therapy together. I love it when clients are motivated to learn and grow; and I’m happy to work with you to find worksheets or readings to help you to meet your goals.
