I genuinely desire to walk alongside individuals on their path of growth. I chose the name Fresh Tracks for my practice not just because I love to ski, but because the road to healing, while difficult, can also lead to finding new direction and a fresh start in your life that can bring you great joy. With extensive experience in helping people gain freedom from issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship struggles, I specialize in cognitive approaches and am EMDR trained. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can explore your feelings and work towards meaningful change. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Whether you're dealing with stress, grief, or navigating life transitions, we can work together to find strategies that resonate with you and foster your well-being. Outside of my professional life, I find joy in skiing and the great outdoors, which inspire my approach to therapy—embracing the journey, no matter how challenging, to find new paths and fresh starts.
