I have a casual but solution focused approach style where we will get you results fast!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I'm a straight-shooter with tons of empathy for "the struggle" and I enjoy making the process of change FUN; I like to laugh with my clients and help them discover new things about their own lives, mindsets, and abilities to change. I hear most from my clients that I provide a safe place where they never feel judged and we can get to work. I encourage my clients to keep a journal and we implement homework as needed or depending on the client's desired results. I enjoy working with highly motivated clients who are passionate about improving their lives and ready to dig deep and think outside the box.
