I work with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, multicultural issues, and life transitions. Our sessions will provide a safe, open, and comforting environment where you can fully express yourself without feeling the need to hold back. Together, we will identify and accomplish the goals you have for yourself. I will offer you tools and skills tailored to your needs that will also help you see the changes you want in your life. Growing up in a Latinx household, mental health was never discussed. That changed after I experienced a significant loss, which helped me understand the importance of mental health. This experience inspired me to bring light to mental health awareness. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey toward well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

We will work as a team that is based on the premise of empathy, understanding and encouragement. I want to help you to see that the past does not define who you are or who you can become. I will help you to see that your feelings and experiences are valid and that they are nothing to be ashamed of. “Yes, your transformation will be hard.
