What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our initial assessment we will formulate a treatment plan that will utilize "best practices" in modern counseling and we will discover together a path for moving forward using treatment types such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or other modalities that best fit your needs. Everything is above board and you will always have the say in your treatment process.
