We live in a complex world and often don't think about what drives us, or our mental health, until we feel it's "too late." As someone who has worked to decolonize and learn my role in the world, I feel I understand the complexities of individual identity. I aim to offer compassionate guidance on your journey of self-exploration and growth. I hold a Master's in Social Work from IU Indianapolis and have 20 years of experience in the child and family services and advocacy field. I have found my passion in working with youth, individuals, and families stuck in broken systems.
