I am a Licensed Mental Health Associate that focuses on the integration of mind, body, & soul while helping clients find their purpose in life by using Existential techniques, and Logo Therapy skills. In life we may lose our inner light, feel disconnected, & concerned of our life path caused by stressful events. I am dedicated to supporting my clients to find the version of themselves that they love without fear. With positive psychology as my foundation of therapy, I offer skills which helps eliminate negative self belief. Somatic experiencing may be felt in sessions with me while you connect to past traumas, life stressors, & what internal peace feels like to you. With the applications of psychotherapy, client to professional trust, & personal motivation; healing can start. I am also a certified 500 hour yoga instructor who believes in the power of breath work, & mindful movement which can be explored with me during sessions for overall health.
