LeAnne has 20 years of experience in the social service field and has held positions such as Victim's Advocate, Case Manager, Therapist, Clinical Director, and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant. She believes in building strong connections with her clients to help them become motivated to begin the work on themselves. She specializes in Trauma, Domestic Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders and Mood disorders. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches to counseling. Outside of her clinical practice LeAnne enjoys kayaking, hiking, gardening and working to maintain a healthy work-life balance. She encourages her clients to find what makes them happy and be able to work towards maintaining healthy boundaries in all aspects of life to help promote self-care. In addition to her clinical practice LeAnne will be pursuing her Doctorate of Social Work Degree from the University of Kentucky beginning in January 2025. She recognizes the need for continuing education to help her stay on top the latest techniques and practices that will ensure that her clients receive the best care available.
