I have over 25 years of experience in counseling. I work with all ages and most all mental health and substance abuse issues. I am easy to talk to and enjoy meeting people of all backgrounds. I use many therapy approaches and fit the approach to the client and the problem. The client and I together establish goals of what the client wants to achieve in therapy. Then we set a plan on how to reach those goals.I live in Maine; enjoy the outdoors and my two old rescue dogs.
