I’m also not afraid to challenge because therapy is the space to confront uncomfortable situations and finding the way to the other side. You set the goals for yourself. My role in your journey is to be the flashlight that guides you out of a dark room, but you have to take the steps to get yourself out.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When working with clients, the focus is on listening and allowing a client to express and explore what they may not have been able to in a safe environment. There is also teaching, observations and challenges made.
