Hello, I'm Leigh. I work with adults and teens struggling with unresolved trauma, relational issues, existential fear, grief, gender dysphoria, self-harm, addiction, anxiety, and depression. My approach is rooted in a psychodynamic lens, which means we’ll explore your past to better understand your present and uncover any unconscious blind spots contributing to your distress. I am passionate about helping you reconcile past traumas such as abuse, bullying, oppression, and toxic relationships. I bring my own sense of authenticity and genuine care for each person I work with. My goal is to serve as a guide in your healing process, working hard alongside you to discover areas of discomfort and assist you in creating a plan to overcome these challenges. I specialize in EMDR trauma processing with both adults and adolescents. The therapeutic approaches I identify with most are grounded in compassion and the mindfulness philosophies of openness and approaching oneself without judgment.
