Lesley Fulton, LPCC

Psychotherapist
233 E 2nd St, Salida, CO
My name is Lesley, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your body, your intuition and your sense of self. I believe it’s never too late to come home to yourself whether you’ve lived through trauma, grief, marginalization or relationship patterns that have left you feeling small or disconnected. My work is shaped by my lived experience as an ex-evangelical queer woman, a domestic violence survivor and someone in long term recovery. I’ve climbed all of Colorado’s 14ers, and the steadiness, pacing and resilience required in the mountains deeply inform how I show up as a therapist: grounded, collaborative and never rushed. I support clients navigating trauma, abuse, relationship challenges, grief and LGBTQIA+ identity exploration. I’m sex, kink and non-monogamy positive and welcome clients with diverse identities and relationship structures. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned. Together we focus on rebuilding self trust, expanding self compassion and cultivating a greater sense of agency. My approach blends somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational cultural therapy and ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP). We explore protective and wounded parts, the ways your body expresses emotion and the relational contexts that have shaped your experience. Therapy with me is warm, low pressure and centered on your autonomy. We move at a pace that feels sustainable, honoring your inner wisdom and the unique ways healing unfolds. I offer virtual sessions across Colorado and in-person therapy in Salida. If you’d like to explore working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a sense of fit and ask any questions.
