Getting to know Lesley Grandia

Hi, I'm Lesley, a licensed clinical social worker. My goal is to help you navigate life's stressors and challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, solution-focused, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, art, and music therapies. I specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, family conflict, and anger management. Currently, I offer video sessions only. I earned my MSW in 2017 and have worked with families, adolescents, military families, and adults. Most recently, I’ve joined the VA to support soon-to-be veterans. As a veteran myself, I find this role rewarding. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and trying new restaurants. I have three beloved dogs.
