Thus, my experience has afforded me the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and issues I counsel clients ranging in age from 16 to 75, from various religions, genders, sexual orientations and ethnicities. I am culturally sensitive and respect diversity. Such exposure has aided me in recognizing the uniqueness in all individuals & understanding we are all the authors and pilots of our own life. A majority of individuals who make the decision to receive counseling, will discover that the answer is within if they give themselves time... My vast counseling experience includes clients students who experience challenges in the following areas including, but not limited to Anxiety, sexuality, selfesteem, relationships, grief, family, illness, etc. My theoretical framework is Person Centered Solution Focused, via talk therapy, mindfulness, meditation, creative play, eclectic approaches... Sometimes you just need someone to talk to, someone to validate what you're thinking and feeling. Being heard can make a world of difference and oftentimes, sharing your concerns, provides you with the insight to address and resolve your challenges. I can be that listening ear, the one who accompanies you on your journey without judgement and with empathy.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
