Hi, I’m Leslie. I’ve been practicing for over 25 years, bringing a warm, intuitive approach grounded in neuroscience to therapy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Medical Hypnotherapist, I use a mix of DBT, mindfulness, and NLP to support people through anxiety, trauma, and family challenges in a focused, solution-oriented way. I’m also trained in Trauma Response Intervention Protocol (TRIP) and believe that healing can be both calming and gently challenging—with space for humor, creativity, and even puppetry when it helps. Outside of work, I love reading and spending time with animals, both of which keep me grounded and inspired.
