I am especially passionate about supporting Black women and helping professionals navigate the unique pressures that can affect emotional well-being. My goal is to create a culturally responsive and empowering therapeutic experience where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your journey. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe healing begins when individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we will build on your strengths, identify barriers to growth, and work toward creating a life that aligns with your values and goals.
