What should a new client know about working with you?

Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or like we’re running on fumes. Life’s many demands and transitions can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, disconnected, or unsure of where to begin. It’s easy to become so focused on caring for others and meeting the demands of everyday life that we lose touch with our own needs. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is not to tell you who you should be or what you should do, but to help you better understand yourself, identify what you need, and develop the tools and confidence to honor those needs. I believe deeply in the mind-body connection and recognize that stress, anxiety, and difficult experiences can affect us both emotionally and physically. Through an integrative approach, I draw from mindfulness, somatic strategies, self-compassion, and individualized tools to support healing, deepen self-awareness, and help clients feel more connected to themselves and their needs. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and begin making meaningful changes that support your well-being.
