As a licensed professional counselor, I have had the opportunity to help many people. I believe we can all use a little help at different times in our lives and encourage everyone to take care of their mental health. With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health I have worked with many different populations and would love the opportunity to work together to improve your mental health!

What should a new client know about working with you?

Each and every person has strengths within them to overcome many challenges, however at times life can be overwhelming and our ability to cope dissipates. When working with others, I strive to help build up those strengths, channel your abilities to overcome challenges in your life, and assist in building skills to cope and support good mental health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In my sessions, I strive you create a trusting and supportive environment where clients feel safe, comfortable, and empowered to make changes in their lives. Being client centered, I meet my clients where they are and assist them in choosing goals to work on, while providing support and techniques to overcome challenges.
