I became interested in psychology after being "in the system" as a kid and not getting adequate help. I believe everyone has potential, and life does not have to be terrible because of what others did or did not do. I have experience helping those with depression, body dysmorphia, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorders, personality disorders and more. However, we will focus more on you as a whole person with a unique background and strengths. I utilize narrative, feminist, and cognitive behavioral therapies with a non-judgmental approach as well as humor.
