I create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where clients can feel supported and understood. I work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, and I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family and intergenerational conflict, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focused on helping clients better understand their emotions, discover their strengths and interests, and create meaningful change toward their personal goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences. I use a client-centered approach that incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic, and postmodern techniques. Together, we explore the underlying feelings and patterns that impact daily life, while building self-awareness, coping skills, and insight to support growth and lasting change.
