I have a passion for working with people who are hurting and a desire to help them resolve their core issues so that they can become all that they were meant to be. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support individuals on their journey toward healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to help people uncover the true sources of “the chains that bind them” and the pain each person carries so that they can be healed and break free.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, death of a parent, loss through suicide, eating disorders, anger management, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, divorce, marital counseling, multicultural marriage, bariatric surgery, and life in a blended family. I believe that the adversities of life have prepared me to carry out the work of helping others.
