Getting to know Linda Kline-Lau

I’m passionate about helping people who are going through difficult times and want support in finding a way forward. I believe that, with the right space and guidance, it’s possible to better understand what’s holding you back and begin to make meaningful changes in your life. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University, where I gained the training and skills to support individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. In our work together, my goal is to help you gently explore the deeper sources of your pain and challenges so you can begin to feel more free, empowered, and at peace.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience working with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief (including the loss of a parent or loss through suicide), eating disorders, anger, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, divorce, and blended family dynamics. I also support individuals navigating multicultural relationships and major life changes, such as bariatric surgery.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I understand that life’s challenges can shape us in powerful ways. Because of this, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you heal, grow, and move toward the life you want.
