If you work with me, I will help you live a life in which you thrive rather than just survive. Your well-being is so important and it is possible to live a healthy and fulfilling life with value, meaning, and purpose. I can help you get there so you can feel confident that who you are is in line with who you want to be. I strive to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship in which I can support and hold space for you on your journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices depending on the needs of each unique individual. I work from a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed lens. My style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I am also a 500-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) and trained in trauma-informed yoga. The mind-body connection is powerful and I believe a holistic approach to therapy is key for treating the whole person. I offer somatic techniques to help you explore where trauma or emotions may be stored in your physical body, as well as grounding tools to help calm and regulate the nervous system.
