Do you often feel overstimulated, on edge, or struggle to feel at ease in your body? These feelings can be signs of a dysregulated nervous system, and I’m here to help you find balance, safety, and connection within yourself. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in training. My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) with somatic practices, offering a holistic way to heal from trauma, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your innate wisdom and resilience. Together, we’ll explore how trauma and stress are held in both your body and mind, creating a safe space to release tension, process emotions, and foster lasting transformation. In our work, we’ll gently listen to your body’s signals while inviting curiosity about the parts of you that feel stuck or burdened. For example, if you notice a physical sensation, we might explore the emotions or memories connected to it. Or if an inner part of you feels overwhelmed or afraid, we’ll use somatic tools to build safety and release tension. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body’s natural capacity for healing and your mind’s incredible ability for self-awareness and growth. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns you don’t understand, overwhelmed by anxiety, or longing to build self-trust, I’ll support you with empathy and curiosity. If this approach resonates with you, I’d be honored to guide you on your healing journey.
