Hello, I'm Lindsey. Life can be challenging and difficult to navigate, especially during times of change and uncertainty. These are challenging times that can have a considerable impact on our well-being, especially when we do not have the proper tools to work through them. I can help you navigate the difficulties you are facing. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. In 2017, I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Master's Degree in Counseling. Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have been working with the addiction population for the last 5 years. I have worked with adults and adolescents who are struggling with addiction, as well as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I work with adults and adolescents to help them see the issues they are experiencing through a different lens. I support them in discovering and developing resources to manage the challenges occurring in their lives. By changing how we think about our obstacles, we are able to empower ourselves to create positive change within our lives. Together, we can create a plan to help you cope and increase your quality of life. My approach is centered around understanding your unique experiences and helping you find the strength within yourself to overcome your challenges. Whether you're dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, or navigating life transitions, I am here to support you. I believe in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship where we work together to identify your goals and the steps needed to achieve them. If you're ready to take the first step towards a more fulfilling life, I'm here to help. Let's work together to create a path forward that feels right for you.
