My approach is holistic, experiential, and trauma-informed. I draw from modalities like EMDR, somatic and mindfulness-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nature-based therapy. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and uncover the wisdom that already exists within you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring experience as a mental health professional, a wilderness therapy guide, and most importantly, a fellow human. Together, we’ll create a space where healing and self-discovery can unfold, just like a cocoon offers the safety needed for transformation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As I aim to support all who may find me to be a good fit, my approach often best serves those facing grief, loss, childhood trauma, life transitions, self esteem, women's and men's issues, depression, anxiety, and attachment wounds.
