I can help you develop practical strategies grounded in evidence-based practice to ease conflict, strengthen connection, and make your family life more peaceful. I support parents and children in managing stress and big emotions, and work with children and young adults of all ages to build confidence, resilience, and healthy social-emotional skills. I can also help you explore your own childhood experiences to gain insight and create healthier patterns in your relationships. I am passionate about supporting children with special needs and their families.

With over 20 years of experience in school and mental health settings, I bring warmth, curiosity, empathy, and humor to our work together. I use evidence-based strategies in a collaborative, supportive environment to help you and your family navigate life changes, strengthen communication, and grow together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Every family is unique. I tailor my approach to honor your values, culture, and goals. My goal is to help you feel confident as a parent while supporting your child to feel safe, nurtured, and celebrated. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
