I'm a seasoned LPC. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona in 1999, followed by my Master's in Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 2005.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My empathy, clinical competence and skills are demonstrated by my commitment of more than 25 years in providing community counseling to children, youth, and adults. For the past 10 years I have been providing intensive outpatient therapy and care coordination and support to the SMI and Dual Diagnosis population with varied diagnosis (depression, anxiety, mood disorders, schizophrenia, gender identity, grief/loss, autism, PTSD). I use a holistic approach in treating individuals with complex needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a strong supporter for inclusivity, access, advocacy, acceptance and education as a part of the therapeutic process. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and being in nature.
