Specializing in attachment, neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, parenting and child development, I support clients in clarifying their challenges, goals, and choosing their healing path by providing tools and skills to navigate emotional health and wellness. Outside the office, I embrace the PNW lifestyle - enjoying hiking, skiing, boating, paddle boarding, oyster hunting and kayaking with my family and our dog.
